Refund Policy

DCL Marketing & Advisory does not collect any payments from its customers prior to the completion

of the service/services rendered to its customers. Only upon the completion of the service, will the customer

be required to pay to DCL Marketing & Advisory the amount of the service fee billed to them. All service fees paid to DCL Marketing & Advisory are non-refundable. All customers are to take note of this no refund policy before engaging our services.
